The high-pressure parallel frictionless double-disc gate valve series products are valve products with domestic leading level developed and designed by Lianggu Valve Group.

This series of high-pressure parallel frictionless double-disc gate valves can be designed according to the conditions of the medium and the conveying pipeline and the different requirements of users. The valve body and valve cover connection method can adopt pressure self-sealing structure or flange, bolt connection structure, the end connection method can adopt flange connection end or welding connection end, and the valve plate adopts parallel double-disc frictionless component structure. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy, light industry and military industry, and can work safely and reliably under high temperature, high pressure, low temperature, corrosion protection and explosion protection conditions.

01 No friction between the gate assembly and the sealing surface
During the process of opening and closing the valve, the gate and the valve seat sealing surface do not contact or rub, and all contact surfaces of the gate assembly have no sliding friction. The valve only has friction between the valve stem and the sealing packing, which greatly reduces the opening and closing torque of the valve: 30% of the existing parallel double-disc gate valve. At the moment the valve is opened, the high-pressure medium is released 360° around the upstream valve seat and converges centripetally through the downstream valve seat. There is no single-point local erosion on the sealing surface, which extends the service life of the valve.

02 Straight pipe structure design
The flow channel in the middle cavity of the valve body adopts a straight pipe structure design. When the valve is fully opened, the fluid flows without vortex and has low flow resistance.

03 Can be installed horizontally (vertical to the pipeline)
Different from the existing parallel double-disc gate valve, the high-pressure parallel frictionless double-disc gate valve produced by our company can be installed horizontally (vertical to the pipeline).

04Simple structure and easy maintenance
The high-pressure parallel frictionless double-disc gate valve has a simple structure, interchangeable internal parts, easy maintenance, and can be inspected and repaired online with low maintenance costs.

05Intelligent control
The electric, pneumatic, and air motor drive devices can realize remote operation and control of the valve, and have a safety interlock function, which can provide the opening and closing valve in place signal to the DCS system or program control system to prevent the valve from being misoperated.
